Hi @PhilEbiner
i use Camtasia Studio and it is awesome0 -
I faced this issue recently. Camtasia is significantly dropping my Logitech c920 quality. Any suggestions on how to overcome this?

I use Streamlabs OBS studio but I plan to shift Camtasia since most of them here are using it.

Wow I just spent an hour looking for the best free screen recording software... started with camtasia but it doesn't let you export with free version (unless its watermarked) , screencast o matic was pretty reasonably priced but then I realized you can use QUICKTIME on Mac laptops to record screen and the quality is better then screencast o matic...phewww, quicktime wins for being free and soooo easy to use. thanks for this forum, it was helpful as well

I have just started this journey of publishing courses and I discovered Loom, have you actually been able to upload the recordings in your Udemy Course?
I actually like that Loom does screen & talking head.

I am working on my first course and I plan to use screencast-o-matic. I have used this software before for other (basic) purposes with my computer audio. Will that be good enough?
Thanks

Yes that works. I used it for all of my courses. It's a pretty handy tool. The benefit is the editing tool that comes with it.0 -
Hey everyone! i use Movavi - low cost and a huge variety of features, including screen capture and more

I use Powerpoint (PC version includes nice screen and sound recording).
For MAC Quicktime is very easy to use too...

Has anyone tried Visla? I just started playing with it and find it quite interesting!

Nice topic! 👍️ I also use ScreenFlow. However, I am still on macOS Sonoma because ScreenFlow doesn't officially support macOS Sequoia yet.
Has anyone used ScreenFlow on Sequoia? If so, have you encountered any issues? 🤔
I really appreciate any input.

Hi @EmreYilmaz, I have been using Screenflow on Sequoia for the last couple of weeks. I haven't come across any issues. I didn't really know that screenflow didn't support Sequoia!

Thanks @Ramesh Retnasamy! It's good to hear. For some reason, they haven't supported Sequoia yet.

Hi folks,
I use PowerPoint for screen recording.
I am compiling your suggestions for screen recording software so that we can try them according to our expectations. It's best to use one software because we become comfortable in using it gradually and minimize mistakes consequently. As you know, we do so many rehearsals, edits, and proofs before finally uploading on udemy. Sometimes the desire of making it perfect creeps in although we should be content with our best inputs - after all, we are humans.
👉️So here's a list of screen recording software:
***Screencast-o-matic
***Screenr
***OBS
***Screenflow
***Camtasia
***Screencast
***Wirecast
***PowerPoint
***Bandicam
***Apowersoft
***QuickTime
***Icecream
Regards and best wishes👍️
