Is software course creation license required?

Hi Guys,

Is there anything like we have to get license or permission from the software tool company (eg. UiPath, etc) in order to create learning courses/tutorial on it?

Please let me know, since this is my first course creation on udemy, I'm concerned if we might get any copyrights issue in future.
