problem in uploading video content

Hi friends,
I am trying to upload the video content in my course. but in the 13th section when I am uploading the content, it shows unpublished section and lecture as well.
as I am uploading my first course please suggest me

, is it free or for fee course? You need to set the price of your course in order to upload material over the free course time limit.0 -
