Review Target Audience?

I recently submitted my first class and this was the feedback I received:

"Udemy unfortunately no longer accepts the courses that the target audience of the course is for Students under 18 years old. Our apologies for this inconvenience. Your course cannot be published."

The issue is that the material in my course is the same material that I taught to college and graduate level students. I've never tutored anyone under 18. I didnt receive any comments on other aspects of the course. Advise?
