Persona veification

I wanted to submit my Udemy course. But Persona verification is pending. When I contacted support via chat, Udemy said it takes 3 days. But I am more than 3 days now.

I did not see any link to persona and I could not see any link to Udemy chat also. Weird.

Can anybody send me these links?
