Can I change my W-8BEN text form

Hello, dears, I'm a non-us Instructor and my IRS withholding tax rate is 30%. which is very high I don't know I had submitted the form incorrectly, please there is any way to change that form?

    The withholding rate will depend on the information you added when filling out the tax form. Whenever you have a change in circumstances, you’ll need to submit a new tax form via the taxforms.udemy.com portal. If you have any more questions please reach out to instructorsupport@udemy.com.
