I am new here and excited to be a part of Udemy. I want to learn all I can. I know I have a greeting message assigned to my course. Do I message my new students so they know I am here for them or let it be until they message me if they do?
The welcome message goes out automatically, beyond that technically you can message them but they already got 1 message so it might be too much, it's really up to you. You can also add a lecture in your course in the beginning where you tell them that they can reach out whenever they have any questions.
