Tax form (W-8BEN) submitted but withholding tax still being deducted

I have made my tax submissions (form W-8BEN) however, the tax has still been deducted from my payment.

Why is this so? Can the tax deducted be reversed and what else I am expected to do to ensure no further deductions are made in the future?

you can claim this withholding tax while filing the tax return of your country.
