Tax Forms Link Not Showing on my Instructor Account

Hi,

I received an email sometime back that I need to upload tax forms on my Instructor account. I made a sale of $5.02 in July and I wanted to cash out however it is not letting me do that since I don't have my tax forms uploaded. Can someone help me with this issue? Any help would be much appreciated. TIA.
