I have not received the payout from August. No customer service email or phone number is available.
What is the issue with this platform? Not sure how they are still operating.
I think payment is scheduled for 8 but you can get it before then , be patient .

What do you mean? If it's money from videos sold in August, then you receive it around 8-11 October.
