I have just launched my first course and I have created the 100 free coupon. I have sent the coupon link to potential students. I find that when they clicked on the link, they are still asked to pay? Can someone tell how this free coupon works?

If I do some marketing on my own, can I use the Udemy logo?

I am still having problem with my free coupon. People I sent the coupon to still display the price on the website. The coupon is active and the start date is 12 Nov 8 am GMT.

I try contacting support but not very successful.

Thank you for getting back! Just to clarify, the time you select in the coupon code console is in PST. Your students should start seeing the discounted price within about 40 minutes (current time: 7:20am PST).

If your students still aren't seeing the discounted price after that, please click here and select “Contact Us” on the right to reach our support team. They'll be happy to help!
