Some Lecture videos lost sound.

I've published new lectures on Udemy back in December of 2024. I've checked them more than once and they worked well. A week ago the captions section found one "low-quality" auto generated captions, I checked and my voiceover is gone, not the intro music, but my voice. Other lectures have the same problem as well. Not all the newly uploaded ones. I can't just reupload the lectures again since I deleted the original videos.

Is there a way for Udemy themselves to check and see if they can resolve this issue from their end?
