Can anyone help me out what happened after uploading the course?

I just finished my course and then uploaded and then I received the email said :

but I cannot link it (the feedback page)and it didn't show me anything.

and my course it's not open and banned.

so I don't know where I should adjust.

please anyone knows, tell me directly where to adjust because I also cannot go into my course.
