How can I contact the course reviewer

After one-month recording, I submitted the course for review and received the feedback a couple of days.

One feedback is the voice volume is too low to listen clearly, even with earphone. I played the preview as student, which sounded good to me. I replied the feedback four days ago, asking whether the feedback is for all recording or just some. I didn't receive any so far.

Can I know what's the proper way to communicate with the course reviewer? Thanks!

    How long is the course? You could increase the volume in your editing software and reupload everything although I agree that would be a real pain. Usually Udemy’s feedback is valuable.
