🎬 Udemy featured in a new CBS documentary!Announced

Hey Instructors!

We’re excited to share that Udemy is featured in a new CBS documentary on the future of work and AI—and it wouldn’t be possible without all the work you do for learners..

Your real-world expertise is what makes Udemy such a powerful force in helping learners and companies around the world reskill for what’s next. Instructor Todd Mcleod did a great job representing where we’re heading when it comes to building skills around the world - thank you, Todd!

This feature is a proud moment for all of us. Thank you for being at the heart of it.

Thanks for sharing this here, @RyanJaress. Sometimes these kinds of announcements can go unnoticed even if they’re on the Udemy or Udemy Business websites, so I really appreciate you bringing it to the forum.

I found it very insightful to see how Udemy is communicating its value proposition for the future—especially around AI reskilling. Initiatives like this help us align our efforts and think strategically about which courses to update or create to deliver value through the platform.

Have you noticed how the new CEO changed the entire narrative? Udemy is no longer about courses - instead, it's centered around reskilling alongside AI. Courses are just a piece of a much broader picture (just a learning tool)…how interesting…

    Thanks for sharing.

No offense but pointing out how our "real-world expertise is what makes Udemy such a powerful force" when our real-life experience and real-life work gets more and more devalued, it sounds like one of those motivational speeches from management when they tell you you have to stay at the office for the whole weekend and as a sign of appreciation they order pizza for the team.

Always works on the young inexperienced ones, not on actual experts.

Looks great! It leans more toward an ad-like feel rather than a documentary style, but I think that's okay too. Thanks for sharing.
