Updated version of quality review process

Hi

today I found this message on my course in the instructor's dashboard:

"Our course quality review process has been updated since you last submitted your course. Please unpublish and resubmit your course to send it for review"
the problem is that I can't access to my course,Consequentlyi can't unpublish and resubmit my course
I tried several times and I did not find the solution
