When i record the audio in different scenes they are at different levels
would they create an issue for the student.
What should I do to mitigate it ?

You can run your audio through software like Audacity and even out the sound levels using the tools there. Audacity is free.
Typically we normalize our sound levels to -3db.

If you want a non-free option, but one where you can just upload and then download your video, then have a look at http://www.auphonic.com
