Hi I wanted to know whether we can upload videos made with 8 megapixel camera on a mobile phone. I know it is low but wanted to know whether is it allowed in udemy.

No way to know for sure. As someone who has experienced a lot with cameras (including being fooled by the manufacturer), I can tell you that the megapixel amount is just one side of the story. Udemy will look at the overall quality of your video. Megapixel is a contributing factor, but not a determining one. Best way to know for sure is to upload a test video. Then Udemy comments on that. You can upload a test video as part of the course creation process.
