Go to solutionHi All
Could someone clarify which format for video production I should use? For YouTube, I usually choose HEVC but I could also use AVC.
Is this important? Please advise!

Go to solutionHEVC is often called H.265, which is a newer format. AVC is often referred to as H.264 and has been a standard for years. The main advantage of H.265 is that it is more compressed, which means less room on your hard drive. As long as your editing software is compatible with H.265. I would go for that.
