I'm sorry to hear you lost access to your account and the email associated with it.

In order to retrieve access, you will need to contact our Instructor Support team directly, so they can verify information only known to the account holder. This cannot be done in the community as it requires your personal information. Once that information is shared and ownership is verified, our team can then help you regain access to the account.
