Removing static from a VIDEO file

To all those who were kind enough to respond to my query on removing static from VIDEO files, I did try to reply to you individually, but all the replies failed  because team@communitymail.udemy.com

is not a valid domain.

I will try to reach out to Udemy support on this issue.
