You can find the article on Teaching Center at Udemy to start working with your own course.

As you are already registerred at Udemy. So

1- Login to Udemy

2. Under your profile menu; click Instructor Dashboard

3. Then start creating your own course

I suggest you to plan the course and follow the checklist for A/V, Video Editing software and then upload the course. So read the articles as mentioned on above link.
