I am at a loss, whenever I try to upload a video I have recorded in screenpal it keeps giving me an error saying my video doesn't make the minimum 720p resolution requirements.
I know this is incorrect because 1) I have recorded all my previous courses with this software and not had this issue, 2) 720p is the default setting on screenpal, 3) I have also tried rendering them at a higher quality and am still getting the same issue,
yesterday I uploaded my video again and the second time it worked, but today it is not doing that,
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I don't want to re-record all of my course content again using another platform as I pay for screenpal and I know it is compliant. I think this may be a bug in udemy.
