Video Quality - Best setting for Premiere Pro

I don't get it, I am using the recommended video compression by Udemy. I upload my videos at 2560x1440 30fps 1500kbps but my videos do NOT show up in at least 1080p on the platform.

What settings are you using to upload 1080p or 4K videos. I feel that my resolution is enough for 4k or at least 1080p but they only show at 720p...
