The videos to my new course are loading extremely slowly and my students think it's not working. How do I let udemy know about the problem?

Hey @TeresaTrowe361, I'd recommend asking your students to reach out to support@udemy.com a it could be an issue on their end. If you're seeing the slowness as well, you can reach out to instructorsupport@udemy.com
