I’ll start- I use the Heil PR40 for most of my screencast and voice overs. And I use the Rode NTG3 for my talking head videos.
I started out using the Blue Snowball.

Go to solutionShure PG-42 USB. I strongly recommend this mic over the Blue Yeti picks! It's a little more expensive but durable as hell and I am workin on it for several years and the quality never let me down!
