18 days and not verified yet

Hello.

I sent my course for review about 20 days ago.

My verification process is not completed and I cannot publish it. I do not have any message from the verficiation team of any kind yet.

Could you please tell me what should I do to have my verification completed?

In fact , the same day that I sent the verification through the post form on the instructor's area, I sent simulatenously by email my id card and a proof of residence just in case.

Thanks for your help, because the team contacted me yesterday evening (EST time) and sent me instructions for the verification process.
