Accessing student emails/demographic data

Hi all

First time instructor here. Hoping to publish next week.

Just wanted to check - are instructors able to access the emails and location/demographic data of students?  This could be useful in analysing course performance and marketing future courses to them etc?

Hey @zeuscoder! Udemy recently launched a Performance Dashboard for published instructors. It includes a couple different views such as Student Engagement and Traffic & Conversion. You'll also be able to reach out to your students through Educational and Promotional announcements.

No, we don't. You can only use the official message feature unfortunately. That is one of the downsides of using a marketplace like Udemy.
