Assignment submission

Please let me know the best solution for students to hand in submission of answers to a quiz. The plan is for me to create a spreadsheet with a number of questions. An example is attached for your attention. 

I would appreciate your experience on best practice to get most student experience.

If you upload the spreadsheet, students will not be able to send you the answers. The best practice here to implement the questions is either an assignment or a quiz. You can find the information about the quizzes in this article.
