Hello Everyone,

I am unable to open an account with Paypal, due to the unavailabity of the option to select a state in India! Can you help! Thanks:)

Hi @RajeshCR 

have you tried creating your account from a laptop/ desktop 

Many a times paypal website can't display or refresh all the contents of the site or in app

So try this
