Batch Question error - Internal Server Error

Can anyone help me with an error displayin as internal server error when i trying to upload batch questions of 100 MCQ's

It should show you which line of the *.csv the error is.

Make sure it is saved as CSV UTF-8 and not any of the other CSV formats.
