COURSE description and 1080P upscaling

"This field must be at least 200 words long," even though I wrote more than 1000 words of explanation in the description section during the course landing page stage I get an error.
I also want to reach the support team to broadcast the video quality in 1080P instead of 720P.
Can you help me?
