Go to solutionHello,
I'm a new instructor and still gaining understanding of what both ends look like 🙂
One of my students messaged me to tell me that the Assignment in the course I have as homework for them can only be completed on a desktop or laptop.
Is there a way for students to be able to complete the assignments from the app?
The assignments are simple one answer questions of reflection.

Go to solutionHi @JoshSeiler875, welcome to our community! 😊
Currently, assignments are not supported on the Udemy mobile app. Students can take and complete assignments by opening the lecture on a desktop or laptop computer.
We truly understand this might be inconvenient, however, a workaround would be to ask the student to access https://www.udemy.com/ from a web browser (such as Google Chrome) on their mobile and put their browser on the Desktop version to access the assignment with no problems.

Go to solution@JoshSeiler875 this is a very well known unresolved issue that can really upset and anger students.
What I do is now place the assignment as a text lecture above the assignment and let them know they can post their answer for feedback in the Q&A - that has lowered the irritation rate. Plus in the first lecture, I explain to them that the App does not have this feature available and my workaround. Hope this helps.
@Bella many students report to me that they struggle to access and use the browser on their mobile devices.
