Can we have a mix of optional & compulsory assessments to certify learenr?

Hi, 

I have created course content covering 12 sections. Under each section, I wish to give one MCQ test. However, I wish to make the MCQ test under certain sections compulsory as I wish to consider it for evaluation. For other sections, I wish to keep it optional. Can I do this?

I understand that you would like to make a test in your course compulsory, but unfortunately, there is no option available at this time. The Udemy certificate of completion becomes accessible to learners once all curriculum items have been marked as completed by them.
(Please note that assignments do not count towards the completion rate of the course)
