Chinese symbols showing up when students click on the Downloadable Resources

Hi guys,

My students are facing an unusual problem. Whenever they click on the downloadable resource link, it takes them to a page filled with chinese symbols. Please rectify this at the earliest as a lot of the students are facing the same problem.

Hi @manishpaulsimon the best thing to do here is to redirect the students to support@udemy.com the team will be able to investigate more about this.

It's happening to all my students. I can't redirect all of them to support@udemy.com right?

Some of my students have been seeing the same thing. I've contacted InstructorSupport@Udemy.COM 

They are looking into it, but it's been a while.
