Dear All,
If we used certain sources to create our script, where can we cite our sources to avoid plaigarism?

You can always note citations in your slides, but be careful. Just because you cite something doesn't mean you can use it in your course. If the material is copyrighted and not in the public domain - which describes most material - you can't use it within your course unless you have explicit permission to do so from the author.
Giving credit to an author doesn't give you permission to steal their content.
