Cloud based animated video for free

I am looking for advice from experts.

Is there any cloud based(no installation on my computer) animated video creation tool that allows to add characters or running writing style that a whiteboard animation has.

I plan to create 1 minute to 5 minute videos, so if there is any such tool that gives that option, without a watermark, do inform.
