Confused

Greetings, 

I'm not a computer savvy person so I fly by the seat of my pants.  I have several questions.  1. Where do I find information on how to record and import my video.  2. How do I get back to the application I was filling out for the teaching.  I did not complete it and now I can not find the page to enter the email address I want to use.
