Course creation and video upload

Hi. I am a full time foreign exchange, index and commodities trader. I have been active since 2000. I have a vast amount of experience to part with to students who are willing to learn and create a secondary income. 

I am enquiring as to how I record my lectures and videos and upload it to udemy for publishing. Please be so kind and reply to me with with positive feedback.
