I am on the process of creating a programming course, most I finish all the course before uploading it to udemy or I can upload a substantial part of the course and keep on adding the remaining until the course is completed.

HI @AliyuHassan,
In order to be approved for the Udemy marketplace, courses must contain a minimum of five lectures and at least thirty minutes of video content. For more information, please click here to view our Udemy Course Quality Guidelines (in PDF format).
Your fellow members, however, usually advise against this practice, as an "incomplete" course could cause it to attract negative reviews and affect it for a considerable time.
