Curriculum not marking complete

Hello, good day all fellow instructors. I just finished my first course. However, the curriculum is not checked as complete. All sections and lectures are complete with contents. Please, what could be the course for this? I'd appreciate any help

Thanks for your help sir. But I mean, problem submitting course for review. I can't submit my course for review because the curriculum tab is unchecked. Meaning, I've not finished my course whereas I have. All sections are complete with lectures, quizzes and assignments.
