Different dialect than expected by the learner

I am intending providing an online class in a foreign language that has no official grammar rules.

How will I avoid getting bad feedback on my future online course from people that want to learn another variation of the language?

What I recommend you to avoid possibly negative feedback is to provide a detailed breakdown of what topics or skills will be covered throughout the course.

You can set expectations about what the student will learn, you can also use your course description to explain what your course is about to potential students.

Use the Course Description to summarize what your course covers, how it is taught, what students will learn, and what they will gain from the course. Clearly state what the learners will be able to do by the end of the course.
