Does changing subtitles require reinspection?

Hello. I am new therefore i want to ask a question. I am waiting for a couple of days for comfirmation of my first course on udemy. In subtitle section, there are subtitles automatically created by the system and they are not correct actually. Therefore I am changing these subs with the correct ones but it takes too much time.

My question is:

Suppose that my course is comfirmed and online, if I change the subtitles of my lectures, should I wait for a reconfirmation of my course for 5 more days?

No, changing subtitles is immediate, like updating a video or adding a new video, it does not require reapproval.
