Good day all. I just joined and I am planning a series of courses for new estate agents and also a series of courses for sellers and home buyers. I have 23 years of real estate experience and knowledge, hence I have an idea of course content but I am also open to suggestions. Keep well.

Hi @Harnam - I would strongly suggest you first check to see how many courses already exist in this space. I'm guessing there are already dozens, if not hundreds. So many times a new instructor will spend months creating a course, release it and then wonder why they have virtually no sales. In most cases it's because dozens of other courses, rated 4.5 or higher, already exist. The level of competition on Udemy is intense and there are not many areas that are not saturated with courses. Especially in the business and IT space.
