Feedback of test videos

I uploaded a test video to get the feedback from Udemy. Its is almost a week and its still "in the que". I was expecting the feedback after 2 working days. How can I get it "Done"?

Is there any way to load more than one test video at a time? Let me know.

I am on the same boat, uploaded my test video on april the 16th and I do not have any feedback until today the 29th! Please help.
