I am new here, and I want to ask about course creation mechanism, are there any website fees for course creation? 

Most likely, how much it takes to start to receive course subscriptions and gain students.

No there there isn't any fee for course development. I just have to make a video course and upload it. However when any sales happen udemy takes 50% commission for it
