Free Course switch to Paid

Is there a way to change a free course to a paid one automatically, for example a course is made free, then after 100 students enroll, it will automatically become paid at a price determined by the instructor?

I don't think there is any automatic process.

But, you can manually change the Course Price Tier from free to tier x.
