Hello Instructors Team,
Please help with course publish issue.
I have published one course last 2 weeks ago, but from yesterday the course disappear and I am getting the below error.
I am also unable to access the course. As discussed with support team, The course may be in violation of copyright of third party. They send me a form which is also I am unable to access.
And informed if I didn't replied in 14 days they will ban the account.
I am worried about this message because lots of week we worked on our courses.
Any body in Instructor community have ever faced this?
Please provide help with this would be your appreciable effort.

I know copyright issues can be serious, especially if you plan on sharing with other people. Make sure you don't copy "exactly" someone else's work before getting review. It needs to be "your" work.
That keeps the playing field proper and in order for all involved.

Thanks alots Dr. Troy for your response.
We have received AFFIDAVIT_OF_RIGHTS_FORM, and they asked all courses details to fill in this form.
Why this form is required and What could be the possible causes.
Once I will send the form with all details, What Udemy will do? Can they ban the account or there could be other cause as well?
Can you please help on this.
