Getting an Image

Hi,

I have applied for a course image created by Udemy team.

Does any one know how long it takes to get such an image?

Is there a way to see the status of the request? 

This is holding me currently for sending the course for review.

There has been two weeks already.

Could you please send me the instructor support email or how i can communictae with them?

Also, if i make my own course image, does it have to be confirmed by the team before i can send my course for review and this is also expected to take a while?

This process of identity verification , course image and other steps before my course go public is a major showstoper at the moment,
