I'm new to udemy as an instructor.
I've moderate level experience in teaching chemistry (offline).
What should be my strategy and what is the scope of chemistry tutoring on udemy?

Do your homework first. When I did a Udemy search on chemistry I got back almost 500 courses. This means that your course will be competing against many hundreds of other courses. Be prepared for your course to potentially take a long time to get noticed.
